Monitoring trends in customer satisfaction is a critical aspect of ensuring market success for any business or public service agency. This custom-designed, Excel-based application analyzes over 21,000 questionnaire responses across 16 different attributes for nearly 70 different venues and delivers a concise, easy-to-understand format. Based on the venue of interest, all the graphs and statistical statements are updated automatically. The analyses can be sent to a standard printer or copied and pasted into existing reports, plans and presentation software.
